The Inspex solution guides an Inspector through a standardised PRS inspection procedure. Using a rugged mobile device, an Inspector chooses from room and area specific drop-down lists and rating features explaining conditions vis-a-vis regulations. The Inspector can take photographs, records dimensions, look-up relevant housing regulations and appropriate building regulations, has the ability to sketch, record video and sound for use at a later date.
